Reception: Loggia Ballroom, Four Seasonís Biltmore Resort, 1260 Channel Dr., Santa Barbara, CA. There is free valet parking at the Four Seasons. An outdoor flamenco cocktail hour will precede the ballroom banquet.

Directions to the Presidio: From the 101 take the Garden Street exit. Turn left onto E. Canon Perdido. Drive about two blocks. El Presidio will be on your right. Parking is tight in this area but there is public parking on Canon Perdido just on the other side of State Street (about three blocks away).

Airport Info. The Santa Barbara International Airport is in Goleta, 13 miles north of Santa Barbara. LAX (Los Angeles Airport) is 90 miles south of Santa Barbara but will offer much cheaper flights for out of town visitors. There is a shuttle between LAX to Santa Barbara, 14 trips a day, $36/1 pax, $60/2 pax.

State Street, The Champs Elysées of Santa Barbara. Good night life, bars, theaters, restaurants and recreation. The State Street Trolleys from the beach to the shopping areas are only 25 cents a ride!

Sternsí Wharf, Intersection of State and Cabrillo Streets. Stunning Views from of the city and mountains from the water. Come to watch the dolphins as they jump around under the sunset. Sample the local wines on the pier. The night of July 4th will be watching the fireworks on this beach

Santa Barbara Courthouse, 1100 Block of Anacapa St, 962-6464 Santa Barbaraís Moorish Palace. Take the elevator up to the Court House Tower (open until 4:45) for the best birdís eye view of the city. Check out the mural room on the second floor and the beautiful tile designs and art. The grounds are often used for fiestas and weddings. They will have an afternoon July 4th concert

Santa Barbara Museum of Art, 1130 State St. $6 Admission

Cabrillo Street, The oceanwalk of the city. Meets State Street at Sternís Wharf. Excellent Roller blading and biking trails. Roller blades and bikes can be rented at the intersection of Cabrillo and State Street.

East Beach, From Cabrillo and State, head south (actually east) until you see the volleyball courts. The Music Academy is further down to the right and the Bird Sanctuary to the left. Continue on Cabrillo and you'll end up in quaint Montecito.

Santa Barbara Zoo, 500 Ninos Dr., animals are in islands, not cages. Adults $8

Paseo Nuevo Mall, State Streetís Outdoor shopping mall

University of California, Santa Barbara. 13 miles north of the City with its own private beach. Where Carl and Grace first met.

Santa Barbara Mission, 2201 Laguna Street, Called the "Mother of all Californian Missions", nice historical tour, Founded 1786. Check out the Rose Garden.

Cachuma Lake, a nice drive over the mountains on your way to wine tasting

Botanic Gardens. 1212 Mission Canyon Road, Beware of the poison oak!

Elings Park Amphitheater. Beautiful mountain views of the city and ocean from this amphitheater perched atop a hill. 298 Las Positas Dr.

Hope Ranch. Nice windy, hilly ride along palm lined streets and beautiful hidden estates atop the cliff of the areaís nudist beach.

Hendryís Beach (Arroyo Burro Beach). Dog friendly beach good for surfing and horse back riding. Take Las Positas to the ocean and make a right, entrance to parking lot on the left, or you can continue up the road through Hope Ranch.;
